But chile…
SPILL THE TEA
On the outside my life and business looked flawless, but behind the scenes....
I spent years trying to fit into the mold of a successful entrepreneur, pouring time and money into coaching and masterminds, but nothing seemed to work.
I struggled with procrastination, self-doubt, and difficulty focusing, and despite my best efforts, I always ended up burnt out and feeling like a failure.
It wasn't until I was on the brink of a nervous breakdown that I realized I had ADHD, something that had been ignored in my family and community.
We're constantly bombarded with messages telling us that we have to wake up at the crack of dawn, be constantly productive, and present a perfect image on social media.
But the truth is, our brains aren't all wired the same way, and trying to fit into these narrow expectations can be damaging to our mental health.
That's where I come in.
I'm using my experiences to help other neurodivergent entrepreneurs like us thrive on their own terms and build a business that feels good from the inside out.
No more trying to fit into a mold that doesn't work for us - it's time to celebrate our unique strengths and create our own definition of success."
I’m all about celebrating your unique strengths and creating a supportive system that allows you to take care of yourself and live a fulfilling life, on your own terms. No judgment, no shame.
Let's work together to create a brand that reflects the real you and feels good, inside and out.
fun fact # 1
My first love and passion is dance. Growing up in The Bronx, NY, I put on my first pair of professional dancing shoes at age 3 and never looked back. I realize now, that was the outlet my ADHD brain used to express myself. This gift awarded me the opportunity to work with amazing artists like Jennifer Lopez, Diddy, Nelly and Missy Elliot to name a few.

Shortly after moving to the ATL in 2006, I worked for one of the most iconic brands in the world, The Coca-Cola Company, working for the President and EVP for nearly 10 years before quitting to become a full-time entrepreneur. It's been a ride but I haven't turned back since. I accredit a lot of my branding and marketing knowledge to my time at Coke!
My most important , rewarding (and often stressful) role of all is being a boy mom to my two sons, Jaden and Jordan. They are the light of my life (the pains in my bootie) and inspire me every day to keep going.

After having a nervous breakdown, I was diagnosed with ADHD. It was then that I decided to pivot my business to help other amazing ADHD entrepreneurs harness their superpower to create irresistible brands.
People were so impressed with my brand and started asking me to develop theirs. I decided to ditch event planning and started my coaching business as a Brand Strategist.
Started my luxury event planning business, Tim Duncan Events, as a side-hustle while working full-time at Coca-Cola.
